We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and the location is perfect. Right on the river with the kayaks and 40 minutes to Pensacola beach. We can’t wait to stay here again! (Family of 3. Two adults 1 teenager)

Amazing place to stay on the river. House is awesome, just like the pictures. We didn't stay long, but the one day we had to really enjoy house on the river was amazing. They have kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes with a private launch. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was awesome. Adam and Alisa responded immediately to any questions we had. Great hosts. I can't recommend this place enough.

What an amazing home! Right on the Blackwater! Beautiful dock to fish from! Or you can use one of their canoes or kayaks. Due to weather we couldn't get out on the water, but I will definitely next time! Also within 30 minutes of Pensacola and Navarre with Milton and Pace just a few minutes away! What more could you want!

This PLACE is Beautiful, Peaceful all throughout the day and night, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking, plus the fire pit was so lovely at night. Great place we will be booking again real soon.

The house was wonderful! Had everything we needed upon arrival. The host even messaged to let us know it would be available early. We had some cool days and felt very comfortable just hanging out at the house. When the sun finally came out, we really enjoyed the kayaks on the river and relaxing in the hammock. Excellent if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. We traveled to Navarre, Ft. Walton, Pace, & Milton areas to eat & shop. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful place!!

Very enjoyable stay with a beautiful spot on the river. House was clean with accurate description. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Definitely will stay again when back in the area.

What a great place! We had so much fun kayaking on the river, and when it was freezing outside, there was plenty of space in the living area for us to do our ‘Mom’s Retreat’ activities; cooking, painting, embroidery, devotions and a lot of talking! It was so refreshing to look out on the river or sit on the porch and listen to the birds. We are hoping to do this again next year!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. We all had a comfortable place to sleep, even with just 2 bedrooms! The living area was large and roomy. The hosts thought of everything. I did some holiday cooking in the kitchen which was well stocked. The weather was cool during our stay so we were able to build a fire for our family. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Great house for a family gathering. My favorite touch was all the live plants, some of which were in bloom. It really gave the feeling of being at home (which is important during the holidays). And as Alisa had promised, the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Simple yet beautiful. I will certainly rent again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in this area. We were there to see family, but the location is close to many amenities and sites.

Beautiful place! This is our second time staying and we live less than 30 minutes away! This place is simply breathtaking. It forces you to relax but the house is also full of anything you could possibly need and close to town. The river is gorgeous, the hosts are so kind and responsive and they work hard to ensure you have everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait to come back!

We come down to Florida several times a year to visit family. This has been our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in, and we even had our own in Navarre! Lots of great things to do and private. We caught a lot of fish!
